AutoTradePilot ("the Service", "we", "us") provides software that runs an automated trading strategy on a MetaTrader 5 account that you connect. You keep your funds with your own broker. We do not take custody of your money and we do not have the ability to withdraw funds from your account. The Service places and manages trades only.
We are not a financial adviser, broker, or fund manager. Nothing in the Service is personal investment advice or a recommendation to trade. You are solely responsible for deciding whether to use the Service and with how much capital. If you are unsure, seek independent professional advice.
Automated strategies can and do lose money. Past performance, demo results, and back-tests do not guarantee or predict future results. We do not promise any level of profit, income, or return. You accept that you may lose money, including losing trades, drawdowns, and losing periods.
You are responsible for: the accuracy of the account details you provide; keeping your own broker account in good standing; understanding how the bot works; and monitoring your account. You can start or stop the bot, and disconnect your account, at any time from your dashboard. You may also close trades yourself directly in your broker platform.
The Service applies risk controls such as a per-trade stop loss and a maximum-loss limit intended to keep losses bounded. These controls reduce but do not eliminate risk. Technical issues, market gaps, slippage, broker conditions, connectivity loss, or fast-moving markets may cause results to differ from what the controls intend, including larger losses than expected.
You authorise us to use the MetaTrader 5 credentials you provide solely to connect to your account and place trades. Your trading password is stored in encrypted form. You should use a trading (not investor/withdrawal-enabled) password where your broker allows, and keep your own login details secure.
The Service is provided on a paid subscription. Fees and accepted payment methods are shown on the pricing and billing pages. Your subscription is active for the period you pay for. Because the Service gives access for a period of time and trading outcomes depend on your own account and the market, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, if payment is not received, or if we reasonably need to for security or legal reasons. On termination, the bot stops trading on your account; your funds remain with your broker.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date shown above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
